Journey Unforgettable and Safe

I recently completed the Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) trek for the first time with a friend. As beginners who were unfamiliar with trekking, we faced several challenges, such as renting equipment and managing daily logistics. However, our guide, RAM, went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. He was incredibly helpful with the entire process of renting and returning our gear, taking a huge burden off our shoulders. Throughout the 8-day journey, Ram was much more than just a guide; he was a supportive companion. He patiently waited for us whenever we wanted to take photos and even captured many great shots of us himself. One of the things I appreciated most was his pacing. He carefully monitored our physical condition and maintained an appropriate speed to help us avoid altitude sickness while ensuring we reached each destination safely. His hospitality was outstanding—he provided us with delicious meals and comfortable accommodations, and he even surprised us with apples and snacks during our hikes. He was always attentive, constantly checking if we needed anything else before and after our meals. Even when there were communication barriers, Ram was patient enough to explain things multiple times until we fully understood. I am extremely satisfied with his professional yet kind service. If you are planning to trek for the first time, I highly recommend RAM. He will make your journey unforgettable and safe.

Brilliant Guide!

We spent 6 days trekking around Ghorepani and Poon Hill with Ram - he's a brilliant guide! Our trek was in January so he helped us plan a route suitable for the cold weather, but remained flexible to our pace every day, adjusting where we would stay as we went along. It felt like he knew all the guest house owners - we were always so well looked after. His recommendations for lunch stops were always spot on too! He gave us space to enjoy the trek as a couple, and was equally happy telling us about his experience and life in Nepal. He learnt loads about the country from him. Would 100% recommend him - you won't find a more honest, genuine man to enjoy a hike with!

Exceptional Experience!

I completed the trek from Kathmandu to Annapurna Base Camp with Ram, and it was simply an exceptional experience! Here is my feedback: · Transfers, lodge accommodations, and bag management—everything was seamless and well-organized. · Proper equipment, careful acclimatization monitoring, and a well-planned itinerary to minimize the risks of altitude sickness. · Ram adapted to my pace and interests, adding authentic touches like a visit to a Gurung village. · Great Value for Money: All-inclusive at a reasonable price for such an incredible experience. Every day offered breathtaking scenery: terraced rice fields, forests, glacial valleys, and of course, stunning views of Annapurna. 💡 Tips: · Allow 12–14 days in total to enjoy the trek without rushing. · Recommended physical preparation (significant elevation changes). · Pack light but include warm layers (nights at altitude are chilly). ✨ Verdict: If you're looking for a well-organized, safe, and culturally immersive trek to Annapurna, I highly recommend Ram. P.S.: The dal bhat in the lodges is delicious, and the Nepalese people are incredibly kind. Be prepared to fall in love with this country! 🇳🇵🙏

Outstanding and Professional Guide

I've been on several treks in the Himalayas, but we found Ram to be an outstanding and professional guide. He gave us space to enjoy the trek and I felt like we were trekking with a friend. When things got rough for us he rose to the occasion, encouraging and physically helping. Even when unluckily we hit bad weather and found bridges and trails washed away he calmly improvised and led us to safety. His knowledge of local geography, flora and fauna provided a fascinating commentary during the trek. We just felt good being with him and highly recommend him.
