Sikles Trek - 9 Days

Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel. After check-in, take some time to rest and recover from your journey. In the evening, there will be a briefing about the trek, and you will meet your trekking guide and fellow trekkers.

After breakfast, we will go on a guided sightseeing tour of Kathmandu, visiting UNESCO World Heritage Sites such as Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple), Boudhanath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, and Kathmandu Durbar Square. This tour offers a deep dive into Nepal's rich cultural heritage. In the afternoon, we return to the hotel for final preparations and gear checks for the trek.

We start our journey with a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara, a beautiful lakeside city and the gateway to the Annapurna region. The drive takes approximately 5-6 hours, passing through lush green hills, terraced fields, and traditional villages. Upon arrival in Pokhara, we check into our hotel and enjoy the rest of the day exploring the vibrant city.

After breakfast, we drive from Pokhara to Sikles, one of the largest Gurung villages in the Annapurna region. The drive offers beautiful views of the surrounding hills and mountains. Upon arrival in Sikles, we check into a teahouse and explore the village, interacting with the local people and learning about their culture and traditions.

Today, we trek to Kahphuche Lake, a beautiful glacial lake known for its stunning scenery and tranquil environment. The trail takes us through dense forests and past scenic landscapes. After spending some time at the lake, we trek back to the village of Huwu. This trek offers an excellent opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of the region. We stay overnight in Huwu.

After breakfast, we trek back to Sikles. The trail offers panoramic views of the Annapurna and Lamjung Himal ranges. Upon arrival in Sikles, we check into a teahouse and have the rest of the day free to relax and explore the village further.

After breakfast, we drive back to Pokhara. The journey takes about 5-6 hours, and upon arrival in Pokhara, we check into our hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to explore Pokhara, enjoy a boat ride on Phewa Lake, or simply relax in one of the many lakeside cafes.

We drive back to Kathmandu, a journey of about 6-7 hours. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to relax, do some last-minute shopping, or explore more of Kathmandu. In the evening, there will be a farewell dinner to celebrate the successful completion of the trek.
